We prepare detailed roofing estimates with full material breakdowns based on the drawings provided. Each estimate requires careful review, measurement and costing to produce reliable figures suitable for pricing and tender submissions.

How much does an estimate cost?

Small projects generally start from £75 excluding VAT, with medium projects starting from £100 excluding VAT. Larger tender packages are priced individually following a review of the drawings and scope.

What does an estimate include?

Our estimates typically include measured take-offs, material quantities, pricing breakdowns and supporting information prepared from the drawings supplied.
